About the Order Form

The order form is JavaScript-enhanced but does not depend upon JavaScript for proper functioning. Validation is included for handling incorrect quantity entries both in JavaScript and php. Among the contact fields only e-mail address is required. Validation is included for that field. Validation could be added for other contact fields as well.

When you enter a valid quantity entry for one or more of the items, a valid email address and then click Submit, you will see order results on the subsequent page. Although the online example will not send an e-mail, the example in the download file will do so once you have provided the e-mail address in the code.
