About the Order Form
The order form is JavaScript-enhanced but does not depend upon JavaScript for proper functioning. Validation is included for handling incorrect quantity entries both in JavaScript and php.
When you enter a valid quantity entry for one or more of the items and click Submit, you will see order results on the subsequent page along with a standard PayPal button. Another example includes contact information fields in the order form. It's result page will e-mail order information to the e-mail address you specify.
Although the example forms online do not perform these functions, (i.e., submit to paypal or send e-mail) those in the download file are fully functional once you enter a few variables.
